The East Lancashire Fire and Security provider Alert Fire and Security, are continuing to grow, leading to the creation of a range of new jobs and apprenticeships.
Based in Burnley and serving customers across the North of England, Alert have celebrated their most successful trading year to date and are now rolling out a new range of industry leading fire and security products to existing and new customers.
The new job positions include full time Sales, Account Management, Surveying, Engineer, Maintenance and Apprenticeship roles.
Managing Director Trevor Shanley explained “The last 18 months have seen us undertake our most expansive business growth review to date, and given us the focus to evolve our products and service range to implement the latest, leading technology in the industry.”
“This has led to new business opportunities, meaning we need to grow our team with a range of jobs and skill sets”.
“We have created new full-time positions including sales for new business, account management to continue our high-level service of support and engineers for our maintenance team that offer 24/7 support 365 days a week”.

Award Winning Apprenticeships at Alert Fire and Security.
Alert Fire and Security recently won the prestigious ‘Skills and Apprenticeship Award’ in the UCLAN Themis Awards 2017.
Claire Murren, Operation Manager at Alert Fire and Security explained how important it was for Alert to develop an Apprentice in the business.
